So good news yesterday, Finally got our orders!!!!! Im so excited because now we can actually create some kind of schedule and plans for this move. We have been waiting very patiently for these orders so this is really awesome news for us. Today we have an appointment with transportation and I have so many questions that I need to ask so hopefully they arent too annoyed with me by the end of the appointment haha. I think that once the Jeep is shipped and our HHG are picked up its really going to sink in that we are moving over 5000 miles away from home. Im really excited, but Im also anxious and nervous too. Im really excited that Im moving with Kevin, I couldnt imagine living this adventure with anyone else. I am kinda nervous about making new friends though. I consider myself to be a friendly person and I do like meeting new people, but Im afraid I may seem standoffish to some. That scares me because Im not intending to be standoffish at all! Im just really shy until I get to know someone. Im hoping I make new friends quickly over there! I wish some of my friends can just come to Hawaii with us haha. That would be sweet :)
Ive been thinking about throwing some kind of farewell party/get together before we leave Virginia. I know my mom is going to want to have a BBQ or something, and I know my friends are probably going to want to go out a few times before we leave, but I was thinking about doing something special as well. Something that shows my and Kevins appreciation and love for all of our friends here! Hmmmm we will see what happens!
Not much going on today other than the transportation appointment, but hopefully that gets the ball rolling for other appointments we need to make. Will probably write some more tonight Idk
